- Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, malware distribution, network attacks, spamming, or any actions that could harm Alice Networks Ltd's reputation.
- Content Restrictions: Our services must not be used for storing, backing up, or distributing copyrighted content without appropriate permissions.
Alice Networks Ltd reserves the right to terminate any part of this agreement at its discretion. This includes:
- Acceptable Use Policy Violations
- Intellectual Property Infringements
- Legal Non-compliance
- Transmission of High-Risk Content
We retain sole discretion under this agreement. It is understood that Alice Networks Ltd is not obligated to monitor or review your content, or any content uploaded or posted by your users at any time. You remain responsible for your content and any liabilities arising therefrom.
4. Account Management
Clients are responsible for securing their account information. All activities under an account are attributed to the account holder.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees: Must be paid as per the selected service plan.
- Late Payments: May lead to service interruption or cancellation.
6. Service Interruptions and Maintenance
We strive to provide continuous service availability; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen emergencies.
In the event that our product becomes unavailable due to factors beyond our control, we are committed to offering appropriate compensation to our users. To be eligible for such compensation, it is crucial that users ensure the product is maintained in its normal operational state. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for compensation omissions if the product's functionality is compromised due to issues like overdue payments.
7. Data Backup
Clients are responsible for regular data backups, although we take reasonable steps to protect client data.
8. Service Modifications and Cancellation
We may modify or discontinue services, providing advance notice to clients.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use or inability to use the services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by UK law. Disputes should be resolved through amicable negotiations.
11. Refund Policy
- Scope: Applies to all IDC-related products.
- Time Limit: Refunds can be requested within seven days of purchase.
- Conditions: No refund if server product traffic usage exceeds 3% of total purchased traffic (up to a maximum of 100GB), if there are valid abuse complaints, or for repeat purchases.
- Processing Fee: Deducted at the time of refund, varies based on transaction circumstances and payment method.
- Additional Info: Refund requests must be official and include proof of purchase.
12. Late Fees/Additional Fees and Charges
Alice Networks Ltd reserves the right to assess a late fee of one and one-half percent (1.5%) compounded monthly, or the maximum rate allowable by law, whichever is less, on all invoices not paid by the Due Date.
13. Final Interpretation
Alice Networks Ltd has the final right to interpret these Terms of Service. If the user continues to use Alice Networks Ltd's products after changes to these Terms of Service, it represents acceptance of the changes to the Terms of Service.
14. Account Closure and Service Cancellation for Free Services
In our provision of free services, users must adhere to the following stipulations. Violation of these stipulations may result in account closure and service cancellation.
- Prohibition of Using Anonymous Network Proxies for Placing Orders: Users must not place orders through anonymous network proxies. We require users to provide a genuine network environment when accessing and using our services.
- Requirement for Accurate and Complete Account Information: The personal information provided by users at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Any false or incomplete information may lead to the closure of the account.
- Prohibition of Multiple Accounts by a Single Individual: Each user is allowed to register and maintain only one free account. Discovery of multiple accounts created or used by the same individual will be considered a violation.
- Prohibition of Submitting False or Misleading Information: All information submitted by users during the use of our services must be reliable and truthful. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.
- Prohibition of Engaging in Non-compliant Behavior: Users should strictly follow the stipulations of the terms of service when using the services. Any non-compliant behavior, such as service abuse or engaging in illegal activities, will lead to the immediate closure of the account.
